Online ordering is available 24 hours, 7 days a week with complete confidence. Just click the "Add to Cart" button and you will be guided through the on-line order process. How do I ship a package to a friend?
Just choose the item(s) you want to send to your friend and proceed to checkout. On the Check Out page, locate the shipping information section and change the Ship To address to the desire address of your choice. Please note the price will be omitted from the packing slip. You'll be sent a separate order confirmation w/tracking number for your records. Please note the entire order will ship to that address.
If the gift recipient needs to return or exchange the item, they'll find instructions included with packing slip on how to return or exchange.
Does MSBGIFTS offer Gift Receipt and Message?
Yes, with each order you will have the option to include a gift receipt (packing slip without prices listed) as well as a greeting to your gift recipient. Once you reach the payment page you'll have the chance to add a short message up to 50 charters including spaces to be printed on the packing slip.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 24 hours
Monday - Friday Eastern Standard Time. Express Shipping Available Too! We ship using FedEx. If you need Saturday delivery please call your order in. Once your order has been processed you will received an email notification with a tracking #.
How can I check my order status?
When you check your Order Status online, you can review your current and past orders with MSBGIFTS; you can review
payment method and shipping method. Simply go to "My Account," and log in to your account and click on review order.
If you are not completely satisfied with any merchandise purchased from our website, simply return the items to us, in the same condition as when shipped, within 30 days and we will provide a full refund of the purchase price less shipping/handling.
Merchandise may be returned to MSBGIFTS.COM only upon prior authorization from our customer relations department at (706)854-6645. We are sorry but we cannot offer any refunds on merchandise that have been shipped over 30 days, Clearence Items, and discounted Christmas Items.
What is the policy for all-sales-final items?
These items have been drastically reduced. In order to provide you with these savings, we cannot accept returns. When you see the "all sales final" message on the product description page, please know that you will not be able to return the item unless it arrived damaged or defective. How do I use a coupon?
Before using a coupon, please review the coupon restrictions that were provided to you. Randomly MSBGIFTS will pre-select items as an "In House Special" that will not require you to use a coupon; deductions will automatically reduce at the checkout. Please keep in mind, MSBGIFTS will not be held RESPONSIBLE for any coupons or discounts not taken at the time of checkout!
